Help with finding cheatpack and activator?

Was playing this earlier and someone made the mistake of NOT going to OBSERVERS and typing in a '-lvl ##'
Needless to say a lot of crap and powerplays went down soon after but I've had other games where people used it for more creative uses (AKA spawning minions or something)

I tried cheatpack detectors but I cannot find the activator (Although I believe the cheatpack is JJ) The detector only shows "-mh" and "-cheaton"
I'm not sure if either of those have spaces or not, but typing them in hasn't worked.

Any help? (the specific map is below)

Some cpd fails u string Activator="-petarXedge<><><>" 3 spaces.
