[HELP] Cannot open a map in MPQMaster or any other

I am trying to check a map for any cheatpacks and I can't access it all, I have tried multiple MPQ editors/viewers including MPQ Master, MPQView and W3M Master. I also tried the view code function of Haxorizer and it was unable to. The map I'm having a problem with is attached.

DAmn, I can't remember the name of the program. It's been too long. I think it was Ladik's MPQ or something (MPQ Editor?). Do that and use the brute force method of opening. It'll open in read-only mode, but that's enough to let you see the .j file.

True. Map cannot be opened using MPQEditor, MPQMaster, RMPQEx, xDep, MPQView and... WarCraft 3.
Your map cannot be played. So what is the point?
