Getting a listfile with w3mpqfns_p

I've been trying to get w3mpqfns_p to work with my Wc3 but at most it picks up 2-3 files when I select the map and nothing when I load it. I've tried running as administrator and running with different compatibilities but so far nothing gets me any listfile data.
Is there any way I can get to work properly?

From what i know, this tool is outdated and it will only works for Warcraft III with version 1.21, not sure about that though, someone please confirm this.

works on 1.26
uninstal any war3 theme & it wil be fine

Perhaps you could explain briefly how to actually get this tool works.
