Hi guy I wonder Is there anyway to edit or change load screen side text without using WE and how to do it ?

In particular, see the bit about MPQ Editor's search function under "Fake Version". Just search for the text you're trying to change, (part of the side text, for example), and locate what file it's in, edit the relevant bits with what will probably be a plaintext editor, then save it to desktop, then reinsert it into the map.
