Using W3mpqfns finds only two files

I used to be able use W3mpqfns to make listfiles, but recently when I use it only two files are found when I run a map.
No matter what map I run it on, it only gets 1-2 file names and seemingly stops.
I was wondering if anyone else was having any luck running this program when searching for listfiles.
