Help needed in extracting out cheats

I need help to extract out the Ban list and the cheat including the name activator and the jjcp.
The arrangement should be like this.

for the ban list as well as the name activator.
Sorry I'm uncertain where to locate which section I should place this request under.

wait what? You want the globals, the contest after the endglobals, and the contest under function main?
That makes not sense to me.. If all you want is the banlist and the cp so.. only the names or the code? seriously I just don't get this request.
