What is FV?
Well, I saw in the request rules topic that there was a FV for fake version. And I was wondering, does that mean like having it be like 1.1 instead of 1.0? Making people think that it's not hacked, and that it's just newer? If that's not what it does please tell me.
Some people see the cup half full, some see it half empty... I see it twice as big as it needs to be.

You got it right.
The primary point of making fake versions is to get the cheated version dominating over the original, (mostly) non-cheated version.
For example, that's what is being done to Troll & Elves map.

First of all, thank you for answering, second of all, I didn't know that was happening with troll and elves, and third of all HA to you too.
