adding cheats to 6.61c doesn't seem to work

i've tried adding cheats to this map.. after i have put the cp using jasscraft and save it via mpq, the resulting map file doesn't work. the map size becomes less than 1mb in size. i have been using this method since before 6.61c and it works just fine.. what other method could be used to put cheats on this?

Blizzard and Icefrog made a deal to give dota some time to patch their map so they made an exception for 6.61c
If you modify it, it won't be considered 6.61c and wont work for patch 1.24

Cheats on this world are bit by bit disappearing and wc3edit will disappear if it disappears it will be really sad.
