this is problem when i edit map when finish i create a game but no shops spawns ...

Just because he went and got weu doesn't mean he has latest ver. weu isnt an updater it just mods the current editor. http://battle.net/files.shtml#warcraft for updates from blizzard.
Edit: just looked at it's files and it could be standalone, but ima stick with my frist impression and say it's not.
