No Leavers and Still Playable?

I am looking for a way to stop people from leaving.
I know Xantan's cheat pack has a -nl function in it, but I would rather not put his entire cheat pack in a map, just for that.
but I think that once you use the -nl function you can't select units anymore? Same with the edited JJ cheat pack I think because it just simulates the player pressing escape?
Is there a no leavers function I could place within a map, and still have it be playable?

I don't particularly think so.
What's preventing people from Ctrl + Alt + Del and then killing War3 from the Task Manager? (Ctrl + Alt + Del is programmed at the kernel level, no OS level application can override it).

there is a way to make them think twice about that (and im not talking about banning)
just do what jay and silent bob did in the movie "jay and silent bob strike back"
if ppl will see that leavers get their ass kicked, they will think twice before leaving
