Need help with -spawn

I can't figure out how to use -spawn on any of my maps, when I look at the list of cheats for a map it says "-Spawn #### (List)". Can somebody tell me the correct way to use the command?

It's -spawn XXXX, replacing XXXX with the rawcode of the item. There's a list of the default ones somewhere around here, and you can request the rawcodes from a map, so you can spawn custom objects.

there are codes for anything. be it a unit, item or building, you can spawn it using its rawcode. example, typing -spawn efdr will spawn a faerie dragon at the location of the currently selected unit. etc etc etc.
