Hey,

I've been trying to unprotect a map with the sticky guide and Xdep.

Now when I open it WE gets terminated so..

Is there any other way to rip off spells (GUI prefered) ?

Or is my only option left JassCraft?

Usually, you can extract the war3map.w3a, and import it in the Object Editor in WE.

Yeah, but the spells are triggered

Ah. That changes things. Deprotecting it, however, will not change that. The war3map.j's contents basically get shoved into one large trigger. So, if you open the Trigger Editor, you have one trigger that has all the functions that were in the war3map.j in it, still in Jass.
GUI>Jass==possible, Jass>GUI!=possible.

You can get Jass to GUI, but manual work will be needed. You'll basically need to re-write it.

Well, yeah. But at the point where you're able to take spells in Jass and turn them into GUI coding, you probably don't need to do so; you can just edit/copy them in Jass.
