The best one is the Tor Browser Bundle for Windows
Zero installation. Great for USB drives! Pre-configured with Firefox and more.

Title: I Just Lost the Game
I use a portable copy of Firefox with the GPass addon installed, and I keep a few executable proxies with me. FreeGate was great, but traffic through it from most countries is being restricted to provide Iranian and Chinese users more bandwidth. UltraSurf seems to work pretty well right now.
