About half a year ago a friend gave me a ps3 and I didn't know what to do with it. Now I finally found the time to hack it. I basically soldered a microcontroller to the NOR flash so I can reflash the internal memory at will. Doing so I had to cut away some metal casing and solder around 50 wires :/
