Okay now WTF. I can't turn my pc on as again it's turning itself off due to over heating. I just got this power supply a couple of days ago so no way!!!
I checked the insides while the pc was on (and was turning itself off) and it isn't hot at all so I have no idea WTF is going in
Any ideas???

A virus can shutdown my pc before windows start?

Edit. I just started on safe mod. I didn't get to open my anti-virus for a scan and boom shutdown

Could it be the cable that connects the pc to the electricity?
I saw sparks when connecting it. No matter which input (( I tried several rooms)

electricity should be fine. The sparks is pretty much normal. I usually get a big lightning bolt from my laptop plugin.. Boot into your bios and see how warm your cpu is running.
