Warcraft 3 screen flickering

Ok, So yesterday I installed windows 7 ultimate, Updates all my drives, then go play warcraft 3. The only probeblem is that every 30-300 seconds, the screen flickers, from half way down. It just flickers 3 quarters white and the rest black. I have tried to reinstall wc3. Update all drives. Edit compatability for all options on wc3.exe. Played with screen resolution and refresh rate. Im raging about it not working. I also thought it was my bios

1. Type in cmd box, "dxdiag" make sure all sort of display accelarations are enabled.

2. Make a shortcut on the wa3.exe file and add the argument -opengl. This will disable direct x.

3. Try window mode, same as above just add the argument -window.

4. If your driver is Nvidia. Open the Nvidia control panel and select the manage 3D tab. There you can select war3 and assign its graphics.

5. Use a program to edit warcraft 3 like awc http://files.wc3edit.net/download/index ... _setup.exe

6. Try to edit warcraft 3 through with a trick to increase FPS

It's a known blizzard problem. Also happens with SC1 when using windows 7. Try running it in windows xp (virtual environment).

Im on windows 7 too, i never had issues.

Explain how? Or is this just running in compatability mode?
Windowed & opengl have no probeblem ( i think).
Normal opengl does
NXDIAG, It says nothing is wrong
The probeblem has stopped ( I think.. But it might come back. If i does i will post in this. Thnx. (more help than windows 7 forum -............-)

Trying reinstall again

I dont think reinstall will work for you. Try putting everything back to defaults not by reinstalling but with tools like AWC cause those settings are stored into the registry.

Everything back to default = flicker. No -opengl extention = flicker. -opengl extention= colour problems. -d3d Extention = flicker..... -......-

Try installing war3 in a different directory.
or
Try running war3 in a window mode.

War3 in window mode is normal w/ out-opengl and i will try another reinstall later...
