Well I got a weird problem..
I can write in Hebrew at any common place such as forums and word-pads.. I can save the word-pads and see them in Hebrew. I can see other websites that are in Hebrew. But!
If I download a word-pad in Hebrew (for example: Subtitles for a movie) I see it in what I call Jibrish.. those are letters the PC cannot recognize and look funny.. Here is a screen shot of how it looks.

And here is the Hebrew Alpha-Bet

As you can see.. It is way different.

So, how do I fix this problem?

"Normal" notepad does not properly manage encodings.
Download Akelpad \ Notepad++ \ any other software of this kind that has "open in" option.
Alt solution: try opening these files with your browser. It should display them properly.

I do have Notepad++ it cannot read hebrew.. it writes ??????? instead of letters.. so its worse..
In any common PC it reads it good.
Opening at a web wont help as I need it for subtitles at a movie..

That particular text file could have been saved with the wrong encoding, changing all the Hebrew characters to those accented English ones.

I believe you have an ID-ten-T error.

Depending on your windows version, try getting the hebrew language pack.
