Hey guys when i open a program a error pops out and says "Invalid Picture" why does it do that?

Sounds like you're trying to open an image without an image editor. I had that happen before, too, before I installed one.
Try installing GIMP or something similar, and then try opening it. See if it works. If that doesn't fix it, try another image. If that does work, then your image is probably corrupted or in a bad format.
