90% of hardware problems is the hard drive which is overlooked everytime!. Try removing all your hardware one by one and see if it's that. if not it might be fraked bios =D

I ran a multitude of programs to test the hardware. Everything checks out. It's sptd.sys, which is shared by Daemon Tools and Alcohol 120%, and possibly some registry issues related to Alcohol 120%. If I hadn't tried to install Alcohol 120%, nothing bad would have happened.

A note to you all: Don't install both. Bad mojo. :lol: (I love that word. Karma and stuff like that is ridiculous in my opinion, but the word mojo is just so funny!)
[edit] I got distracted... Stupid word. Anyway, I found a solution. I bought an external hard drive, I'm backing up my computer, and I'm going to use the recovery console. I don't know if it will delete my files, but if it does, I won't be screwed.

Daemon tools screws with your computer!!

It gave me the blue screen of death in loop until i uninstalled it!

That's what I was having. Except that it would restart before the BSOD. I ran it in the don't restart in the event of massive error mode that you can get to by pressing F8 before it boots, and it would show the BSOD. However, in normal boot, it wouldn't get as far as showing it.
I couldn't uninstall it, I couldn't even get into safe mode.

However, that is all behind me now. I've got my computer the way I want it, and it's running faster than before!
