Bloody noses.

Right now, I'm writing with one hand, because of a bloody nose. I use to pride myself on NEVER getting bloody noses unlike the rest of my family, but I've been getting a ton, lately.

Yesterday, I got one as I was waking up. The day before that, I got one right as I was biting into a taco, and I bled all over the insides of it. The day before THAT, I got one right as I jumped into my pool, (but luckily didn't get any blood in the water due to me holding my nose with my fingers from going under).

Today, this morning, at 2:00, I got a bloody nose just as I jumped into bed, and held it with toilet paper for over an entire, friggan' hour, but switched to a wet wash-cloth because I felt as though the outsides of my nose were going to bleed, too.

It is now 5:00 o'clock in the morning, and it still hasn't stopped.

You might want to see a doctor. Blood loss is never good :?

Well, the back of your nose contains a major blood vessel that goes from your head to your heart (I don't remember if it's head -> Heart or Heart -> head but it's better if we say head to heart cuz you don't want blood loss from the head :D). Anyway, the skin of the inside of your nose isn't that thick and can be broken easily.

Any blow to the upper part of your nose can cause a nosebleed. Dry skin can also do this.

Though, Ozza is right. yOu should go see a doctor.

It kind of finally stopped about an hour ago, (6:00). If I tilt my head upwards, I get blood in the back of my mouth, but my nose finally stopped.

And I have had plenty worse than a bloody nose without going to the doctor.

Is it just me, or do you not like doctors?

Has it been very dry out where you live? I rarely get nosebleeds, but when I do, I'm either in a very non-humid area (especially during winter time) or extremely humid (scuba diving!).

Yeah; California, :?

The next day, (today), I don't have a bloody nose, but rather I have blood coming down my throat for absolutely no reason.

(edit) Typing with one hand again, (sigh).

Hasn't stopped, yet. Trying ice wrapped in a wash cloth.

Try some vaseline and put some in your nose. That prevents and stops.
