Well, what FS said, the red line on the upper left side of his hair is fail.
Also, i think his skin is .. too light if he's on fire.

Seems kinda grainy, and certain spots seem... blah. Can't really describe it, but they just are. Like, top-left of his hair, where it's red right around it.
PS: Aero copycat.
