Re: Does this display properly?
For Firefox and IE, both backgrounds worked fine, however, ive had problems with the scrolling instead. For IE, i couldn't scroll at all, and was missing the vertical bar. And for firefox i was able to scroll down quite a bit, and again, missing the vertical bar.

In the war section, you've got the yari description under jutte.
It displays very nicely, though.

Re: Does this display properly?
Ubuntu Linux version of Firefox 3.5.5, 1024x768 resolution
It not only filled my screen, but stretched over to the right more, and didn't have a horizontal scrollbar. The only way I had to scroll over to see the cutoff content was to start selecting text and dragging it to the side to move the view. You might want to set your code to use percentages of the screen, instead of set pixel amounts, in case of differing resolutions.

Didn't even get half way down the sides - only covered the top, and about a third of the way down.

Google Chrome covers the whole background, but has the same scroll problem as Syre showed in I.E.

Yeah, DIVs are a bit dodgy, I may have to dynamically resize them using JavaScript...Although it doesn't seem to be working with Opera. =/ Oh well, I think my teacher uses IE7 anyway.
