Ok, I just finished this.
Also wrote this in VB.Net though

Directions:
Spoiler:
1. Click Browse to open the war3map.j
2. Select Cheatpack drom dropbox (Note: Only JJ's and Weirdone2's are implemented)
3. Click add
4. Click Save
5. war3map.j now has cheats.

Like I said I just finished this so if someone would like to test this that'd be great.
If there's enough interest I will add all the cheatpacks
also if people would like to help that's be great.

Thanks,
Pyro7778

Edit: Now updated Automatically adds cheat coding under all the locals.
If someone would like to test this out thanks.
Edit2: Weirdone2's Cheatpack is also implemented

Title: I Just Lost the Game
Well, I tried it, but I immediately noticed a few things that I didn't like. I had to use MPQMaster anyway, and extract the war3map.j and point it out to the program. Then, when I added the cheats, it asked me if there were any locals. I had no clue, and there wasn't a Find feature. Eventually I found it after some hunting. Then, I realized that it had already added the cheats above the locals! I exited and reopened it, and this time, I replied "Yes", and said "local integer i" when it asked me what the last local was. Then, I found that it just wrote it above the cheats! Needless to say, I could have done it faster on my own. Unless you already have knowledge of the locals, you'll end up having to hunt through it all first. I did like that it showed the JASS, but there wasn't even a checker to make sure that it worked, so I think that this needs to be improved if it's going to be used by many people. Especially since most of the people who would need to use this program are the ones that can't tell if it's wrong...

Title: I Just Lost the Game
I tested it out again.
When I inserted Weirdone2's pack, I think that it worked fairly well, I didn't test.
However, when I inserted JJ's pack, it messed up a bit. At the function main, it looked like this.
Code:
function main takes nothing returns nothinglocal integer zzz

It added the local on the same line as the function main, not below it, so it didn't work. Also, when viewing the .j in the program, it compresses everything together. No linebreaks, no spaces, I don't know if that's your program, or if I'm just too used to Jasscraft being amazing, but that could be annoying if you're trying to see if it worked. That also might be the reason for the function main problem. Though, it had no locals, so that might be its problem. It had no locals to insert underneath, so maybe it works otherwise.
Anyhoo, are you planning to add more cheatpacks? Automated Xantan inserter... Meh, automatic things take all the fun out of cheating. I'd prefer to insert them on my own, it honestly doesn't take that long, and I might catch an anticheat or some protections that way, so I still prefer to do it manually. If it improves enough though, maybe I'll change...

I'll take a look at Xantan's and add that. BTW, I know why The funcion Main '''' local integer zzz where on the same line. Will be fixed in next update. It is from there being no other locals.

Thanks,
Pyro7778

Nice program.. Pretty easy to use, but displaying the .j file is really irritating... seriously

And how did you add include the cheatpacks into the program... =\?
I find that rather interesting.. >.>

Save it into strings?
Or maybe he did it the object oriented way and defined a data type called cheatpacks :D
