Warden CAN ban for all and any third party programs. Although, nowadays, Warden isn't too active. But, the point is when you use a third party program, including banlist and such, you run the risk of being banned.

The point is 99% you won't ever be banned for this.
All it does is read from the data of wc3. It's not like it's even memory editing.
Take a look around BNet, there are about 50000 bots. Those are obvious hacks, yet they are not banned. Pretty much maphacks and any hacking in ladder games will ban you.

Anyone knows how to set up windows such that GameCaptureX can display properly in UTF-8, or specific foreign texts/characters - such as Chinese, Russian, Korean, etc.?
