make sure you had the correct itemid to its rawcodes.
Usually it would spawn and have the exact same effect as before. But things which are charged like the diffusal blade, if you -spawn the one with charges... maybe it would be empty because it's a recipe? I don't know but it just happens when that's the case with such items.

I think you need to tell us your actions step by step and how did you get an error?!
Or I think you need specifications on how did you get an error?

How can I use the -spawn... when I tried it to the other maps. It's not spawning the certain item.

Perhaps add the ability to set the "-tele" keybind to something other than patrol like thee NZCP has? So then you can say "-tele A" to bind to attack or M for move, etc.

Just a thought as it is a nice feature
