I've been playing on garena(LAN) and name activators, for all CPs, work. I'm not sure what you're doing wrong lol.

name activator is "FakeName"

Works fine, using .24e
I doubt that .26a would differ in terms of the natives needed for a name activator anyway.

=/ maybe it's how the lan names work? might have changed the system...or something

Your doing something wrong as said before. There is no difference. If you used a SubString to check for the name and didn't use StringCase as I mentioned, you gotta make sure the name is case-sensitive.
