On WC3BANLIST snooping, sometimes there's background color on each player, like peach and grey or something else.
What does each color mean?

You mean when you look at the banlist window?
If you mean like their name is in that color or something, it means one of many things:
( I forget which colors mean what, since I haven't used a banlist since version 1.22 or so ).
Anyway, I'm sure that if it's blue or green (I forget which :S) It means that they've whispered to you before.
If it's gray, that means that they've left the game (or are on your banlist?).

EDIT: Blue means host, I think.
