Can someone tell me a webpage that teaches people how to create software?? I really want to make software but I don't know how :sad:

You're a long way off buddy. There's no one web page that just shows you how to make one. Learn a programming language first.

Just pick one and the other will be easy. VB.Net and C# are very alike.

i belive c# would be better because he could also learn C++ after.
