LOL kk sec well its this thing SM i think it statrs with that when i open my xdep i name the file . and everything i turn xdep on after a few seconds it says sm or w/e i dont know name error and then it says in the cmd prompt xdep failed to deprotect and nothing else
You should name it to ..w3x , but actually i dunno what is SM . Try name it to ..w3x and try and does xdep say that the error is "cant patch the .w3i" ?

Take screenshots of every parts of your deprotecting and send us
(That's not a joke).
I think that's the better way to see your problem...
PS : I got many problems deprotecting yesterday, but I just tried again one more time following the guide and that worked!

I know what is his problem, and taking screenshot of the x-dep windows will not be useful.
When I said "every parts", I wanted him to show us what he did wrong or didn't do

Can you upload the map you want to deprotect doggy, so we'll be able to test deprotecting it ourself
