u must have original CD-key.
maybe the CD-KEY is fake thats why.
if it is original CD-KEY maybe glitch

Turns out I had a nasty little virus on my computer that was corrupting as many .exe files as it could worm itself into. . . It's all fixed though, unfortunately the solution was a Hard Drive Re-format. It had to do with some Vundo.dll file, if I remember correctly, so be careful in downloading anything that contains that file.
