This will replace gamecaches.


???? Gamecaches are like stored integer, real or string. That's the problem. Removing H2I will do nothing. People can still used stored data to cheat. And the load-unit-handle and save-unit-handle functions could be used to cheat in a collided map too. That's like "wtf?" Where did Blizzard get their informations from? w/e
It'd be better if we can continue to cheat. :roll:

Forgive me if I understood you wrong, but why would they remove Game Caches and replace it with hash tables if you could still cheat? Aren't patches intended to fix bugs and prevent exploits? I do not believe the same "bug" in game caches can still be used in hash tables.

that's the problem: read the message again! They didn't say anything about removing game caches.
All they talked about is to remove H2I/I2H.And replace it with other functions. That's why I think this patch 1.24 is retarded.
"Return bug" has nothing to do with game cache cheats.
