Whats the highest rank?

Rank 12 is the highest rank, attained by beating Nightmare difficulty on a character. You won't get it without getting good at the game and playing it with other very skilled players (unless someone rewrites this codegen to give promotion to any rank).

Is nice that the gen-maker restricted rank gain to 9, though. Ensures that the SWAT community doesn't get populated by idiots with rank 12 characters.

Yeah just deprotect the codegen and remove the 9 rank restriction - and there you go ...
