I won't be on for a few days to a few weeks because my video card is being retarded and won't let me get on my computer. So, hopefully, I'll get it fixed soon enough, or get a new one. See you guys when I get it fixed/a new one.

Okay, so apparently, it might be my video card AND mother board. Computers these days work so well.

Might as well upgrade your whole system rather than waste money on an out dated motherboard and Graphics card.
