Attack speed will only work on 1.31+. That's why I don't add it.

They work just fine. You are doing something wrong. This is how to use them:

-bindup gold 500 (will bind gold 500 to up arrow)
-binddown lumber 500 (will bind lumber 500 to down arrow)
and so on...
