Yes, that's one of the game limiters of the game.
You need to job change in order to level up again.
The readers should know this, in the old version which is Eng Version.
When you load a code when the map is not enabled in SP.
The game will display a text.

"You can only load this code in Single Player Mode"
but in this korean version, it displays red dot.

The "-downlvl" and "-uplvl" works, but the customized "-upto xxxxx" and "-downto xxxx" (X=number) is not working.
Also, after using the codes...

JJCP becomes disabled and even typing -cheats<><> doesn't work anymore.
I became lvl 5 and lvldown my lvl to 1, and I can't lvlup again or even change the lvl.
Changing job should be the solution(not tested)
Creating a new char solves the problem, it means to recreate the game again.(tested)
But I am impressed, the SP is now enabled like a charm and I can load my character... in one try only.But I haven't tested the load code with other (REAL) players yet...
