It might be useful for a lot of ppl to have any of their favorite fun maps inserted w/ a standalone mini-CP having commands similar to dota -wtf.

Suggested 3 commands:

Player 1(Red) or 2(Blue player for Dota maps or such) can activate~
"-wtf for cooldown" (no cooldown; mana stats are unaffected)
"-wtf for mana" (sets mana regen to 99999 similar to "mr.<number>" of FaiCP instead of "-mana"; cooldowns are untouched)
"-wtf mode" (turns on both "-wtf for cooldown" and "-wtf for mana")


Optional:
Activates if most players in the game votes in favor the specified mode pushing through.

About the vote... miight be useful to avoid being banned on moderated HostBots, etc. for reason of game ruining so a vote may make it consensual

eg. Host enters -wtf for mana in observer mode... all players gets to vote:
"Host suggests WTF options to most players consent (50% votes or more). Type no to vote against this. Silence/Afk means yes. 50% or more against it will cancel the suggested mode." sth
