You used the storm.dll from the download and did not copy from the wc3 directory or any other program. Right?
As it sounds youre not using the correct .dll file

im used the storm.dll in haxorizer folder not storm.dll in wc3 directory, but still not working.

BAM! same here. I got the same error "Error #022 - Storm.dll was NOT found."

I get that error as well...but only when I try the start Haxorizer via Window's "Open with" mechanic. Are you guys starting it via Explorer?

Yes i'm sure Storm.dll file in the same folder with haxorizer.

Yes...and like I just said, I only get that error when I *do* use "Open with". Try starting it directly via Explorer, (the folder it's in).
