I want to find the use of the following:

#Purple fish: it is invulnerable and constantly at same location. Using item Healing salve on it, you will have it as cured fish on the floor, able to pick up from the ground.

#Ghost wife: Move your wife to the circle in front of necromancer, wife will become ghost wife follows behind you. necromancer unit will be removed and lich will be summoned at same location where necromancer is.

#Voodoo doll: it is found in crates near the castle.

#Owl feather: dropped by Owl animal flying around, not easy to find them.

I don't understand the request as it seems that you know how to use the stuff you mentioned...

Are these descriptions everything? It shouldn't be that less since voodoo , ghost wife, cured fish are completely useless as far as I know.
I want to ask someone to read it and find hidden combination behind it... or is it same as uther party, which are some developing items without much use yet...

You want us to just read a war3map.j file about a map we probably don't play and look for something odd?
There is no "The secrete is here and this is how you do it" line (well usually).
You can for example say, there is an item called THE CLAW OF THE GODS (I made that up) and I don't know how to get it. You will get help regarding that.

However this game won't give you the name until you know how to find it, other player can't see your inventory too so they won't know what you have.. If I found something new with it's name I will post it here. definitely.
