I think it is beacuse some guy requested map a couple days ago with hke cheat pack and map worked fine with that CP so it does =3

Yeah its works perfectly just one thing how do you shut it off?? Its kind of hard playing without using your keys to move the camera and getting busted everytime:P

Yes, the cheats will be disabled for others. But the first one to activate can enable (limited) cheats for the rest of the players.
