Aster RPG Version 1178 - How to change a Job

Hi guys, i play this RPG at the moment with some friends and we know how to change from Novice to Job 1 (magican,dark magican,warrior,thief and Archer)

At F9 optional quests you can see that the Job 2 change is at Level 30 but we dont know what we need and which places for change this job, cause its korean-japanese language.

Can someone help me?
