Firstly, its not nice to say that you have hacked all of these maps...
Secondly, i've done what you have asked for, and cheated both of them.

-destroy (Removes selected units)
-revive (Revives dead hero and spawns at selected unit)
-addhp (Adds hp to any unit, needs to be divisable by 50)
-colors (Displays player numbers by color)
-say###### (# = hex code only 0-9 and A-F will work)(After the hex just put the text you want displayed)

No prefixes are required for custom activators fyi.

Nuuby: There was a +activator in the prefix. Edited it away already x=

I'd like to mention that the DotA v6.72c.w3x is to big to be hosted on BNet. Please could u try to fix that?

It appears when i host "The map file is too big. Please choose a different map"
