I have just joined a weird game in Warcraft 3 and everyone in the game says random things.
Who knows what this game is?

You probably cant see them cause you are missing the fonts.

they can see the korean words to their korean WC3 but not for you because you use english version of WC3.
Or it could be missing fonts you can check them up in Start > Run > Charmap
Just between two of it
maybe blizzard did make it client side in order to fix some unknown bugs/issues/etc..
