Although, screwing around with the languages on Chat, the one corresponding to "et.php" (Estonian) seems to be bad. If you can change your browser/chat language, it should be fixed.

In your browser settings, look around for language settings. That, or you'll have to change it for your entire system, which would be in control panel somewhere.
