When i talk about Norton I'm talking Norton 2010 your all talking 2009 and older.

Anyways torrents are easy to detect viruses
Read thye friggin comments b4 dlin and never dl from stuff with no comments(you might be unlucky)

I don't use any protection at all, and I'm fine. Don't be a dumby and download suspicious things, and you'll be alright. Stop wasting RAM on things you don't need.

Theoretically, you can still be directly targeted by an attack, and without protection, you'd be wide open. No downloads necessary.
