Err..there are none..those maps are all protected and unable to access without deprotecting it...there is no editor made that can deprotect it and open the map sucessfully..in order to view the map, you'll have to use a deprotected version of it, but there will be a number of changes from the deprotected version, and a version thats unprotected to begin with.
