Sorry if this is not in the right section.
Is there anyway to copy terrain from one map to another? Are there any files in the .w3x file that I can copy over to the new map so that it is the other maps terrain? Or will I just have to drag the selection over the entire map then Ctrl+C, Ctrl+V?

Extract the w3e from a map and replace it to the one you want. W3e holds info of the terrain.

Mots, I don't suppose that would bug with different map sizes, would it? For example, extracting the w3e of a size 256^2 map and importing it to a size 64^2 wouldn't bug right?

Im not sure.. I only tested this on dota. I only remember that you have to change the tileset to the one, the map uses.

Thanks, I'll just change map size before and tileset before I do it.
