Hmm well this is the first time I ask this on this part of the forum but I hope im posting in correct subforum, anyways here it goes.
Well you know the spell shockwave right.
Well maybe I´ll help a bit in TKoK apparentally second map and I would want a spell like shockwave but with a different style.
For example the color instead of a gold yellow maybe change its color to a very shinny silver or something and make a explosion effect that could be seen in the entire screen when the boss uses the spell.
The spell could be named like "The Immortal StarWave" or something.
The effects on it could be when someone gets near the boss in this case in a area of like 350 too 500 range and this spell would be triggered so the boss uses it when he reaches for example 85% of hp / 60% / 35% / 20% and 10% and last in 5%.
The dmg it would be like AoE with 500dmg initial dmg and 25dps for 12seconds.
I dunno if such thing its possible to do.

Right now, Do you have the Spell already created? If so, then these triggers are easily made to trigger the spell.

No I dont know how to make spells thats why I said help with this requested spell. xD

Yah its possible, The problem is you need a custom file to create the silver shockwage, thats the only thing that I can't create because I have no experience in making them.

Other than that, its pretty easy

Try asking somone in General Edit or Searching Hiveworkshop.com for a custom file.
