Well i used pyros cp adder and i found a newer one but no working its like .jar or something whats the newestest Working Cheat pack adder

Pyros not working - It does add for somereson it does probaly but dun work when i save it

For starters...I only release one cheatpack tool....And mine seems to work fine on vista?

Do you have at least .NET 2.0? Are you running them as Administrator? Those are some fairly common problems... And with Pyro's, after you choose the cheatpack and click Add, you need to click Save.

i love pyro's cp bc its awsome buit should alredy have net frame bc it comes with vista usally and i do click save. its weirrd.

What, exactly, is not working? You still haven't explained.

So... You're putting the map in the same folder as PCI, opening the map with it, choosing the cheatpack, clicking Add, clicking Save, exiting, putting the map into your Program Files\Warcraft III\Download folder, and it's not working?

Just because you have Vista doesn't mean that you have .NET. Check what version you have anyway, upgrade it if you can. Remember, assumptions make an ass out of you and mumptions!
