As we all know i am a P2P user i can tell you alot of advantages but that's not what i posted this for my problem is...

that annoying virus gasfkydumdll is givin me blue screen of death because my laptop overheats while downloading over 200-300 mb files so using a torrent that does not use all my speed is a better choice it only flushes out after 7-8 hrs now.... ive tried the most trusted torrent sites that include TPB mininova and isohunt noone of them had a 1.6 patch so if any1 knows one or if anyone found something on megaupload or other fast dlers please send me a PM or post here



It's just a friggin patch and i own the game legally if i were to dl a game i would rather dl one that does NOT under ANY circumstance sell in my country for 3 days wich happens to be the shittiest way to try a game because of the dog-poo cracks keygens and bullshit that i have to dl them 432534 times before i notice i dl the same shit over and over again


Im not a friggin pirate! alright?

Oh and....since i own 85 LEGAL PC games i dont think a freakin patch is that bad(i have 132 patches most of my games have about 3-4 patches i pwn )

...I dont know why your trying to use torrents to download a patch..there are much, much easier ways..Just go here..these are call of duty 4 forums, on a post about the 1.6 patch. They give multiple download links to different sites..some, if not most, that have a max download of 150kbps so overheating shouldent be a problem..If not, just find a good download manager and use that to set the max download speed that you want.

well Torrents have Pros and Cons

Pros
If you have a fiber wire internet it can go up really fast and downloading 12 gigs won't take longer than 1 hr

Cons
You can't trust too many sites some ask you for money and you get a virus some give you a virus free and some are just a waste of time
